HAIR!!!!

Well...here you go. After much thinking and trying to decide what I wanted to do with my hair...I CHOPPED it! I took these pics with my webcam...so here you go. I will take better ones later :) It is late and I am still doing homework! How do I look? HEHE

It has been a busy 2 weeks!!!

Well, I am sure everyone has been dying to see what we've been doing for the past 2 weeks! Even if you weren't, you get to find out anyway ;)Below are going to be different slideshows :) the explanations are above them :) Hope you enjoy them :)

So, first up...Melissa came to town with her two adorable little boys (Kevin & Nathan). Allie brought Ky down and we went to lunch. We went to Ruby's on the pier in HB! It was a lot of fun. After lunch Jen & Toria met up with us. We went shopping for a little bit and then took the kids to the park! Since I don't have a kiddo of my own...I adopted Kevin for the day :) We had a blast! Melissa, Kevin & Nathan... miss you guys! Enjoy the slideshow of our day...

After Melissa's visit...Julie was in town!!! This may be her last visit until January :( I have been spoiled seeing her as much as I have this year. It is going to stink not seeing her for so long :( Julie, Laura, J, Noah, and I went to dinner at PF Changs. It was a lot of fun...as usual! It is hard to believe that we've been friends for 15 years already...where has the time gone? This was also our first dinner without Becca this year :( Becca and her family just moved into their beautiful home in Utah! We miss her so much! Hi Becca!!! Julie we are going to miss you...hurry and come visit soon. :)

After our lunch & dinner with friends...Brent, J, Kevin, Allie, Jere, Ky & Nat all went to Palm Springs over the weekend! It was a lot of fun...super hot, but we always have fun together. Next summer when we do our trip together we are picking a colder destination :) Next trip Jen, Mike & Toria will hopefully be there too!

Well, after a great week and weekend...it was time to do some stuff in my classroom! I had to reorganize EVERYTHING! It took me the entire week and a ton of hours. I need to give a special thanks to my wonderful mom!! She came to my work 3 days and helped me! I couldn't have done it without you! Also, thanks to my hubby for helping hang the high stuff ;) Love you!! So...to follow in Becca's footsteps...I thought I should put a couple before and after pics of my classroom cabinets and shelves. Also a couple pics of my mom & me :)

Even with all that cleaning going on...I found some time to visit with friends I haven't seen in a while. Well first up was Jill & her little boy Brendan. Laura, Jill and I went to lunch at Red Robbins. We haven't seen each other since we graduated High School. Lunch was fun and Brendan is adorable! Love, love, love his hair! Very cute Jill! Then Brenda and her little boy Patrick came over to go swimming and have dinner. I haven't seen Brenda and Patrick in 2 years! Patrick is super cute...full of energy to say the least ;) He had a blast in the pool...even though the water was kind of cool! He also drew me a picture :) I love the picture...too cute!!

So...that has been the last couple weeks. Tomorrow is Brent's last day off school :( On a happier note...tomorrow we are going to an Angel Game!!! Even better...this time next year, Brent will be FINISHED with school! Bet you can't figure out what happens after that!?!?!

We're back!

Hawaii was amazing! We had such a wonderful trip! I can't say thank you enough to my wonderful MIL. Brent and I could not have gone on this trip without her :) So, THANK YOU again!! We love you!!

There were many fun things that happened on the trip...but the funniest thing happened the first day. We were heading up to the room after swimming to get ready for dinner. Well, Brent decided to jump to get some water off of him and out of his ears...JUMPING in an elevator isn't the greatest idea he has ever had! We got STUCK! We had to get security to reset the elevator to get us out HAHA! It was freaking hilarious...they were like was Dad jumping...I don't know why they thought he was a dad...cause it was only Brent, his mom, and I in there...what the hell was I the kid hahaha! We went site seeing, sailing, snorkeling, and relaxed! It was amazing...we just wished some of our other family was there too ;) You know who you all are :)

We left Maui on Thursday at 9pm and returned to LA at 5:00AM it was EARLY! Especially since we were 3 hours behind all week long. So it was only 2am for us...

Friday was AMAZING too!! Allie, Brigitte and I went to see Tim & Faith Soul2Soul Concert. I love seeing them live...I have seen Tim in concert at least 10 times. He is amazing :) We had such a good time. We only wish we had closer seats. Oh well...at least we got to see them :) Allie and I tried to get tickets again for Saturday's show...but were unsuccessful. The boys may have killed us if we paid 400 to go haha.

Saturday was fun...we hung out all day, then Allie, Jere, Ky and my mom came up for dinner. We relaxed and hungout. It was a fun day.

Sunday....well I have been sitting around here catching up on TV and putting together the slideshow ;)I will be cleaning in a little while. Then Brent will be home :)

There is a lot going on this week! So I will be on here a lot I am sure :)

FINALLY!!!

It is official! I am on vacation for an entire month. I made it through another year of teaching. Now a month to recoop and it will all begin again ;)

Tomorrow I am going to Alicia's and spending the night. Slumber party!! WOOHOO! Alicia is waiting to hear from a couple schools about teaching positions. So, everyone keep her in your thoughts. She needs to find a job up there! Why is it so freaking difficult for teachers to get a job around here?

Friday, we are cleaning, doing laundry, packing for Maui and picking up my MIL from the airport. :) Then Saturday is the big day! We are off to Maui!!! I can't wait to put pics up from our trip!!!
