Wow it's been a while!!

So I realized it has been a really long time since I updated our blog. Things have definitely been busy. I will try to update our blog more...so I guess this is just a teaser...we have a lot happening this month so let the blogging begin! Little Girls have TUTU Much Fun:)

Soph received an adorable pink tutu from one of my friends for her 1st birthday. We had a fun photoshoot with her this afternoon. Just mommy, daddy, and Soph ;) Here are just a few pics. Enjoy!

Happy Easter!

We had a wonderful Easter with our family. Hope you all did as well! I'm on Spring Break this week so I have many things I'd like to do. Hopefully I'll have many pics to post soon ;)

We have a 1 year old!

Well this month has been very busy to say the least. The highlight of the month has been Sophia's 1st Birthday! It amazes us how fast the first year of her life went. We are really in trouble if the following years go so fast! Before we know it she'll be getting married at this rate!

At 1 she is able to do a ton of things...
- Says 15 words
- Crawls/Speed Crawls
- Stands on her own
- Blows Kisses
- Waves hello & good bye
- No longer drinks bottles
- Can sit facing forward...when we are ready ;)
- She is in the 94th Percentile for her height at 31 inches
- She is in the 80th Percentile for her weight at 23.4 pounds
- Constantly smiles & laughs
- Loves to play with her cousins
- Her favorite thing to eat is fruit

I could go on and on but those are the highlights ;)

Love My Life

So many things have been going on in our life these days. I am so thankful for my wonderful life. I have the most amazing family, friends, and life couldn't be much better. It is hard to believe how fast time seems to go these days. I need to realize that some things are just not as important as others. Life is short...sometimes too short...be thankful for the time we have and make sure those you love know it!

Today I got to spend some much needed time with my hubby and lil'peanut. We don't get to spend as much time together just the 3 of us...so days like today I truly treasure. We went to the beach to take some pics to go with Soph's first birthday invitations. Here are a few pics from today!
