This week...

THis week has been busy!

This week was week 1 of summer school. 1 down and 4 1/2 to go ;)!!! My new group of students are quite chill compared to my last group. I still have a few from my last group, but we have mixed it up by adding 5 more new students to the mix. We are learning about oceans and the kids are really into it. This summer should fly! THANKFULLY!

I went with Alicia, mom, and Ky to get my hair done and love it! We went to dinner afterwards and spent some time together...it was nice! Alicia, Jere, and Ky have permanently moved to Victorville, so I am going through withdrawls :( I miss them being down here. We bought a webcam so we can all see and talk to each other. It is hilarious watching Ky on it. She likes to see herself in the camera and make silly faces. It is going to be so much fun being able to see and talk to her!

Mom's birthday was on Wednesday! She came over for dinner. Then Thursday my younger aunt Krissy flew in from Seattle. She spent the night and we surprised my mom with her Friday morning before I went to work. It was so fun! Mom was so excited to see her. Then last night we played pingpong while waiting for Jamie & Kevin to get off work. We went to Olive Garden to celebrate Karisa's 18th birthday :)MY MIL Deb flew in from Tennessee LATE last night. Brent picked her up and her flight kept getting delayed...they didn't get home until 3:00 in the morning YIKES! Her luggage was lost! So, today she has to go buy clothes if they don't get it to her soon!!!

Today is going to be crazy. I have some errands to do and spending time with my family. Then tonight I am soooo excited for! We are getting together with our group from middle school...haha. We are going to dinner! It will be the first time almost all of us will have been together since High School! It is going to be fun!

Sunday we are having a bonfire at the beach...there is just so much happening. I will have pictures up after the weekend is complete!

More exciting news...

Well, my cousin that is also the same age as Jamie is pregnant and due a week before Jamie! She finally spilled it and told us what she is having!!! She is also having a girl!!! They are going to name her Memphis Lynn. How exciting 2 lil' girls added to our family. We are all very excited!!! Congrats Marci & Richard!!! We love you guys!

I just wanted to say thanks to Becca! She fixed my blog to make it all pretty ;) Thanks again! You are awesome! Congrats again to you and Mike on buying your first home! How exciting!!! Countdown Continues :)

Surprise!!!

Well, my wonderful hubby surprised me and came home a day early!!! He was on the phone with me and then walked up in front of our living room window!! I screamed and threw down my cell phone and ran to him. I of course started to cry...I was just so happy to him. I have missed him sooo much! So tonight we chilled at home and tomorrow we are going to have breakfast with my mom and J. Then we are going to spend the entire day together!! I can't wait!!!

Finally!!!

Well, this last week was one of the most exhausting weeks. I had to do report cards, talent show, end of the regular school year stuff, and start planning for summer school. To top it off Brent has been gone all week :( It is now Saturday...day 1 of vacation for a week :)

I am in a much better mood. Last night I had dinner with my mom and sisters and nieces ;) We then went up to our sister's (Alicia) place and spent the night. Then this morning we went to the Ontario Mills Mall and mom met us. J needed some baby stuff for lil' Natalie. We found some cute stuff!!! J is looking cuter every day. She is showing and just loving being pregnant. We just can't wait for lil' Natalie to get here. Kylie can't wait for a new cousin either. It is too cute to hear her say Natalie's name :)

I am also in a fantabulous mood because my hubby is coming home tomorrow!!! I have missed him so much and can't wait to be with him again!!

So, now I need to get to cleaning our place and making a list of what I need to get from the grocery store!!! YIKES!

Current Mood Blah...

Today was the second day in a row that I had an IEP meeting. To top it off...I had 2 IEP's today. It seems like I have had nothing but meetings and writing IEP's for a month now. I need a break! But, I still have so much to do. I have to write progress reports, report cards, create the schedule for summer, and a ton of other things. I am just sooo exhausted!

Next, Brent is going away for 10 days for a summer class that he is taking. He has to go to the desert. I hate being away from him, especially for 10 days. Even if we aren't able to be together we talk on the phone every day! Well, during this trip, he won't have cell access apparently...I am not liking this at all. I don't know how military wives do it! Luckily I won't have to ever find that out...but I am so sad that he is leaving. :(

Anyways...I need to do stuff for my students...wish me luck!

We are getting a Niece!!

This has been such a great weekend!!! It has been all about family all weekend long! My cousin is in from Missouri and we have just been hanging out. Today was the best day of all!!! This morning we all went to breakfast and then we went to Jamie & Kevin's 1st ultrasound of the baby!! We found out they are having a GIRL! We will be welcoming Natalie Paige Mullaney to our family in November :) We are all soooo excited. Below is a slide show from today!!
